Helpful information to secure a complete and comfortable stay at the Hightop Guesthouse, located on top of a mountain at Lake Junaluska.  A rental property in western North Carolina that is available throughout the year. 

To secure a confirmed reservation a $100 deposit is required payable to Robert G. Fulbright and mailed to the address below for rental of a week at $595, or a three day rental at $395. For the monthly rental a $250 deposit is required, as the rental fee is $895. Typical rental periods during the summer months begin at the check-in time of 3:00 PM on Sunday with a departure the following Sunday at 12 Noon.

Upon receiving a deposit, a written confirmation will be mailed to the guest.  Bookings are on a first come, first serve basis, with date of the deposit the determining factor.  Only in cases of serious illness or death are deposit refunds made.

 Upon leaving at the end of the week, the guest is expected to thoroughly clean the Guesthouse or secure a cleaning service for $50.00 by notifying Robert Fulbright.

The Guesthouse is completely furnished except for linens (towels and sheets) which the guest is to furnish. There are two double beds and one queen sofa.

The Guesthouse is smoke free and no pets are allowed. 

The Guesthouse will accommodate a maximum of six (6) people. There is parking on the premises for two vehicles.

There is a telephone access available for local calls and internet service (provided the guest has an ISP number). 

Guests may e-mail, call, or write for a brochure to be mailed promptly. 

The Hightop Guesthouse is often rented by visitors who are not attending the assembly conferences and functions.  There are five (5) Golf courses close by, Cherokee Indian Reservation and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park, 20 miles away and scenic Waynesville only three miles away.
